Refund & Cancellation Policy
OMD AS owns and operates this website and stands behind the quality of everything we deliver. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our services and digital products.
Advisory sessions & packages
- You may reschedule a booked session at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- For guidance packages, refunds for unused sessions are available on a pro-rata basis before that portion of the work has begun.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of a session, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right or issue a fair refund.
Digital guides (PDFs)
Because digital guides are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, if a file is faulty, fails to download, or is not as described, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email frode.sylliaasen@omc.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and respond within one to two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
OMD AS is solely responsible for handling all refunds, cancellations, and related customer support.
