Shipping & Delivery Policy
OMD AS owns and operates this website and is responsible for delivering every product and service purchased here. Because we sell advisory services and digital materials, there are no physical shipments — delivery is handled as described below.
Digital guides (PDFs)
Downloadable guides and checklists are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your download by email, typically within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours after purchase.
Advisory sessions
After purchasing a session, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a time that works for you. Sessions are held online via video call. You'll receive the meeting details once your booking is confirmed.
Guidance packages
Packages begin once you purchase and complete a short intake. We'll email you within one to two business days to schedule your first session and outline the delivery timeline for the full engagement.
Delivery issues
If you have not received your download or booking link within 24 hours, please contact us at frode.sylliaasen@omc.com and we will resolve it promptly. OMD AS is fully responsible for ensuring you receive what you paid for.
